Cindy Thomas grew up in west Texas but has lived in Cincinnati, Ohio for the past 10 years. Cindy graduated from the University of Louisville with a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and has devoted her professional career to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals through improving the performance of athletes, teaching group fitness classes, personal training, and developing future fitness enthusiast through higher education...
